These classes aim to:

- provide time for you to enjoy your pregnancy

- exercise gently and safely during pregnancy

- meet other mums-to-be

- prepare for birthing your baby


The classes emphasise an active birth, including breathing and positions for labour. Different themes are covered each week, including Optimal Foetal Positioning, avoiding perineal damage, & breathing techniques.  Occaisonally I incorporate Dancing for Birth moves into the class (no dancing ability needed).


Mats are provided, but please bring your own if you prefer.  Bring a light blanket for the relaxation.

Individual sessions are available in the comfort of your own home or at my house (Caversham).  Sessions are £45 in Central Reading or Caversham (or £50 further afield), and available between 9.30 and 2.30 on weekdays around group classes.

Mother Blessings

These special gatherings provide an alternative to baby showers where the focus is on supporting the mother as she approaches the birth, rather than giving things for that baby.  I can facilitate these in your home or a venue of your choosing, with friends and/or family.  Please read more about them here.
